Why has this book been attacked? Why has it been so controversial? In plain spoken words, Sandberg proposes why she thinks women are not in top level positions in business and government and she shares what women can do about it.
Sandberg examines why so few women are making it to the top of the business world. She states that only 15 – 16% of C-level jobs or Board Seats are filled by women while more than 50% of college students are women. Even more disturbing is the numbers are not moving in a positive direction.
